Anhui Hosal Auto Parts Co., Ltd. was founded in 2021 and specializes in the production of automobile shock absorbers and other automobile parts. The project is designed to produce 2 million automobile shock absorbers and assemblies annually. It has currently achieved an annual production capacity of 800,000 units. It is planned to the project design production capacity will be reached within three years.

        Our company adheres to the business philosophy of "customer first, harmonious development" and has long been committed to the R&D, production and sales of automotive shock absorbers, and has a complete and scientific quality management system. The company's products have strong market competitiveness in terms of technical level, quality, cost and other aspects. At present, the first phase of the project has been put into production. It has various advanced manufacturing equipment and testing laboratories, and a constant temperature and dust-free assembly workshop. And now we have four welding production lines, a fully automatic post-reduction welding line, three assembly production lines, and an automatic electrostatic spraying line.

        At present, the products are mainly sold to more than 40 countries and regions in North America, South America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and other countries. The second phase of the project is planned to start preparations in 2024. The second phase plans to invest in 4 advanced welding production lines, 2 assembly lines, and a water-based paint electrostatic spraying line. It is expected that the annual production capacity will reach 1.5 million shock absorbers in 2025.
